The ASP Scarab Cutter presents the first compact, easily carried, lightweight cutter specifically designed to cut through zip ties used to secure firearms in evidence boxes. This tool may also be used to easily cutter through disposable restraints. The tool employs compound leverage that will safely sever zip ties and restraints that have been applied to an evidence gun box or a subject. A split ring is included for convenient attachment to a keyring or tactical bag.
